FAQs - Location, Opening Times & Delivery Service

  • The warehouse is located on Riverpark Road, Manchester, M40 2XP. It is approximately a 5-minute drive from the Etihad Stadium, in the compound behind the Moda Furnishings HQ.

  • Yes, we're open 7 days a week. We open at 9am Mondays to Saturdays and 11am on Sundays. Give us a call before you head down.

  • The maximum radius we can deliver is 50 miles from our warehouse. We will call you an hour ahead of arrival on the delivery day. Delivery charges:

    Within 10 miles FREE
    10 -20 miles £20
    20 - 50 miles £50

    You are also welcome to visit our warehouse with your own van and take your set away on the same day during opening hours.

  • As the sets are sold from stock, we usually can deliver within 3 working days of purchase. We will deliver to your home and place the furniture in the desired location. Unfortunately, if a product requires any assembly, we cannot assist with this however, most of our products are fully assembled and ready to use.

FAQs - Stock, Warranty & Pricing

  • Stock changes daily, so it is very hard for us to provide an up to date inventory to customers, the best way is to visit the warehouse on the day. You can call us and we can give you a rough idea of what we have, or if you've seen something on the Moda Furnishings website, we can take your details and let you know if any of the particular model come into stock.

  • Stock changes daily as the warehouse is open seven days a week, and particularly busy with stock coming in and out during the summer months. The price is also reflected in the condition of the sets, and the condition varies across the sets.

  • Normally prices are between 50% and 70% off new Moda Furnishings RRP prices.

  • MODA are the leading UK outdoor furniture provider and due to the huge volumes that are sold each year, sometimes customers make mistakes or decide, within the return period, that the furniture may not be for them. Also furniture returned from photoshoots, exhibitions, discontinued (New) and B-grade stock, means that as the products are unboxed, we prefer to not pass these off as new, and allow customers on a tighter budget to benefit from these bargains.

  • All clearance products hold a 12-month warranty on the frames of all the furniture. A like-for-like swap will be provided in the rare result of any claim.

  • Yes, however, we may ask you to email us with proof of address.

  • Sorry, we do not offer finance on any of our clearance items.
